Delightful frilly wrap dress in a turquoise vintage rose printed soft cotton voile.  

The dress has a frill at the chest and hem, and ties to fit at the side.  It is unlined.

The width is adjustable because of the ties, but depending on the length, it can be worn as a below the knee dress, a shorter dress or a top.  The model in the attached image is 6 years old, and she is wearing the size S as a top with Harem Pants in the same fabric.
